About Techonquer
We teach technology the way the job actually works.
Techonquer is a technology education company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We run live, instructor-led programs across Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development, Cyber Security, DevOps and Data Science, backed by hands-on labs and a placement support process that we measure by job offers, not course completions.
Every certificate we issue carries a unique ID that anyone, including an employer, can verify at certificate.techonquer.org . We exist for one reason: in this country, affordable tech education and real tech education were two different things. We built a company to make them the same thing.
Origin
Why we started
Before Techonquer existed, an Indian student who wanted to learn a real technology skill had two options, and both were bad.
Option one was affordable and taught nothing. A few thousand rupees for forty hours of recorded video, a PDF certificate at the end, and no way to practise anything you watched. You finished able to define a concept and completely unable to do it. This was true across every field. The web development course that never had you deploy anything. The AI course that never had you train a model. The security course that never put you in front of a live target. Thousands of people in India bought these, and the industry quietly agreed not to talk about how little they produced.
Option two taught real skills and almost nobody could afford it. International certifications, foreign bootcamps and lab subscriptions run into lakhs once you add exam fees and retakes. For a student in a tier-two city, or a working professional supporting a family, that number simply ends the conversation.
Nothing existed in the middle. No affordable program that actually put you in front of a real environment with an instructor watching. That gap is the entire reason this company was incorporated in August 2023.
So we built the thing that was missing. Live instruction, never recorded-only. Real labs and real projects, not screenshots of them. Mentors who ship the thing they are teaching you to build. And pricing set so that a student in Jaipur or Patna can actually enrol, because a skill nobody can afford to learn is not education, it is a filter.
We started with cyber security because that is where our founding team had the deepest practitioner experience, and we are not willing to open a program in a field where we do not have one. That principle is why we grow one discipline at a time rather than launching a catalogue overnight. AI, Cloud and Full Stack Development follow the same rule: a Techonquer program opens when a practitioner is ready to teach it, not when the keyword looks good.
The same conviction produced Hacklido, our free CTF and lab platform. Anyone can use it, enrolled or not, paying or not. The distance between watching and doing should not have a paywall in front of it.
We are not the cheapest training in India and we do not try to be. We are trying to be the point where affordable and genuinely good stop being a trade-off.

Priced for students, not enterprises
A full three month live Techonquer program costs a fraction of a single international certification exam fee or a foreign bootcamp seat. Same skills, live mentor, real labs.
The labs are free for everyone
Hacklido is open to anyone, enrolled or not. You do not have to buy anything from us to start practising.
Seven day refund, no questions
If the first week does not deliver what we promised, you take your money back. Affordable means low risk, not just low price.
Lifetime access to recordings
Pay once. Revise forever. No subscription that quietly renews after you stop using it.
No cost for the certificate
Certification and verification are included. We do not sell you a course and then sell you the proof you completed it.
Method
How we teach
These are mechanics, not marketing. Every one of them is enforced in every program we run.
Live only, never recorded-only
Every session is instructor-led in real time, three days a week, 1.5 hours per session. Recordings exist for revision and you get lifetime access to them, but you cannot complete a Techonquer program by watching alone.
Seventy percent attendance is mandatory
Fall below it and you are not eligible for certification or placement assistance. We enforce this because a certificate that anyone can get is worth what anyone paid for it.
One-to-one mentor access
Every enrolled student gets direct mentor support through the program, not a shared support inbox. Batch sizes are capped so this stays real.
Hands-on from week one
You run the real toolchain of your field in our labs, whether that is Burp Suite and Nmap, PyTorch and Hugging Face, AWS and Terraform, or React and Node. Theory exists to explain what you just did, not to replace it.
Verifiable certification
Each certificate has a unique ID checkable on a public verification portal. An employer can confirm it in ten seconds without contacting us.
Placement support, not placement promises
ATS-optimised CV preparation, monthly mock interviews covering real VAPT and SOC scenarios, and active job sharing throughout the program.

Every program at Techonquer is taught by a practitioner who does the work outside the classroom. No hired trainers reading from a deck. Founders included, everyone on this list is in a live session with students.
Chitra Karanam
Co-Founder & CEO
Chitra leads the VAPT and AI Security tracks and mentors every TCVE cohort personally. She has disclosed over a thousand vulnerabilities across web, API and AI systems, and that hunting practice is what the curriculum is built from: the labs are the classes of bug she actually finds, not textbook examples. She is also a Director at Hacklido.

Rahul co-founded Techonquer in August 2023 and has been a director since incorporation. He holds CISA, CEH and eJPT, covering the audit, governance and hands-on offensive sides of the same job. He also drives the part of Techonquer that is free: the public webinars, roadmap sessions and bootcamps that run live on YouTube for anyone who shows up.

Rudra Pratap Singh
CTO & Red Team Mentor
Rudra is a red team operator and offensive OSINT specialist holding OSCP+ and OSCP from OffSec and eCPPTv2 from INE. He teaches the offensive security and red teaming modules, and owns the technical side of Techonquer: lab infrastructure, the live class platform, the certificate verification system and the Hacklido environment students practise in. Formerly a Subject Matter Expert at IBM.

We publish names, employers and LinkedIn profiles. Anyone can check them. We think that should be the minimum standard in Indian tech education, and it currently is not.

Straight talk
What we do not do
We do not guarantee placement. Nobody honestly can. We give you CV preparation, monthly mock interviews, referrals and active job sharing. The interview is still yours to pass.
We do not sell recorded video and call it a course. Recordings are revision material. The program is the live sessions and the labs.
We do not run 200-person batches. Seats are limited per cohort because one-to-one mentor access stops being real above a certain number.
We do not lock you in. Seven day refund, no questions asked. If the first week is not what you expected, take your money back.
We do not teach anything we have not done. If we do not have a practitioner who works in a domain, we do not open a program in it. That is why our catalogue grows one discipline at a time instead of listing twelve fields we cannot staff.
